If you're interested in honoring a significant house that was built in 1951 or prior, please download and fill out our form below, or pick up a hard copy in our museum, located at 3907 Pacific Ave in Wildwood during the hours of operation listed at the top of our site.
Mail or drop it off completed forms, photos and any donation amount to at 3907 Pacific Ave, Wildwood, NJ. If we are closed, use the mail slot on the door. Join us in celebrating our community!
